Two Church Wardens Retire
Both the Wardens of our church retired from their posts at the Church Annual Meeting on 27th Apr 2016. Christine Agambar (photographed on the right) has been Warden for 11 years having taken up the post in 2005, serving as sole Warden for two of those, in 2011 and 2012. Val Beardmore-Baldwin comes to the end of a three-year term of office.
The parishioners gave the retiring wardens a presentation as a small appreciation of their thanks for all the many hours they have spent to ensure the smooth running of the church.
