We are privileged to have a well maintained meadow separating our southern housing boundary from the Parish boundary. The ‘gap’ is important as it provides a buffer at the boundary devoid of development.
In June 2026, there was an application for outline planning permission to build 32 houses on this meadow. The Buckinghamshire County Council approval process is underway (June 26) to approve or reject that.
As a heritage site, we have the opportunity to record here the past, current and developing situation as a matter of historic record.
