Writer’s Corner

Great Brickhill has generated an extraordinary amount of writing.

Some records the history of the village. Some preserves personal memories and family stories. Some comes from newspapers, books and formal research. Other material has been created much more recently by residents and contributors to the Great Brickhill Heritage Project.

Writer’s Corner brings these public collections together.

It is a place to discover the people who wrote about Great Brickhill, contemporary accounts of village life, substantial heritage articles and other material where writing itself forms an important part of the historical record.
