- Members contribute their own facts and recollections about the village and its past
- Members should continue to research their own family records
- Share information with the village through articles, photographs videos and interviews

From Spring 2025, there are these membership groups;
- Resident
- Membership for residents of Great Brickhill membership is free
- We need a completed Registration Form
- Non Resident
- membership for non-residents of Great Brickhill Parish is provided for an annual fee
- We need a completed Registration Form
- Complimentary
- Complimentary Membership is free
- Often by invitation from the Site Management Team
- Anyone can apply
